Shipping: All Wholesale shipments operate under their own shipping policy.  Orders are shipped flat rate with 2-day shipping for $19.99, shipping is free on orders over $1000.  All orders for in stock items will process and ship within 1-2 business days if placed before 12pm PST.  Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship in 1-3 business days.

Returns/Exchanges: 

Returns/exchanges can be requested within 7 business days of receiving the product.  Returns will be for product price only; shipping cost is nonrefundable.  Returns are based on inventory being sellable / non-damaged quality.  The purchaser will pay for return shipping. All sales are final after the 7-day review period.

Changes in Regulations for Resale/Compliance:

Sleepy Bear will not accept any returns or exchanges for any product due to changes in local, state or federal regulations that affect the ability to resale any product after the 7-day return window. All wholesale buyers are responsible for checking all current regulations in their respective region to ensure compliance.  No correspondence by Sleepy Bear is intended to constitute legal advice or as a reliable statement of the status of any laws. The accuracy of the information is not guaranteed due to rapidly changing legal landscapes. Please consult local laws and regulations before purchasing to ensure full and current legal compliance. Sleepy Bear is not liable for any legal liability arising from products purchased or received that may violate any local laws or any changes in local compliance, this includes but is not limited too any regulation that affect product resale viability or limits possession. Wholesalers assume all legal responsibility for the final sale of the goods.

 Expiration Dates for Wholesale items- 

All purchased product will have a minimum of 90 days for their expiration date from date of purchase (unless otherwise noted).  All raw materials are shelf stable for up to 3 years with potency showing within industry lab testing standard of 15% variability (+/-) within 3 years of product manufacturing date.

Approval / Timeline:

Approval for wholesale or distribution accounts is not guaranteed.  Approval is subject to location meeting our strict standards for retailers regarding their, company message, location aesthetic and other retail items carried. Approved retailers will typically be granted account access within 72 hours.

Issue with Login/First Time Login: 

If you are having any issues with accessing your login or it is your first time loginning in our new portal and you can not find your activation email, please contact info@sleepybeargummies.com for account reset/recovery.
