Shipping policy

 

Shipping Policy:

Since REAL CBD isn’t allowed on Amazon, we made our own Prime! All our shipments move fast, no snail mail here!

Fulfilment Time: All orders for in stock items process and ship same business day if placed before 2pm EST.  Orders placed after 2PM EST will ship the next business day.

Shipping Time: All orders are shipped standard as 1-2 day express. Express shipping covers nationwide delivery. All orders come with complimentary saturday delivery with no additional fee (Saturday delivery is not available for all areas, depending on FedEx availability). Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 and is free on orders over $99.

Overnight Shipping: All orders orders in Charleston, SC regional area (zone 1-2) are shipped overnight / 1 day shipping as a complimentary upgrade within the 2 day shipping rate.  There is no additional information required, any orders with eligible addresses will automatically be shipping overnight. (Overnight Delivery not guaranteed and at the discretion of FedEx)

Special Circumstances: Orders placed as presale, backorder, limited offerings, etc are not covered in standard fulfilment times and are subject to their listed shipping times at time of purchase.

Not all shipments are eligible for saturday delivery based of carrier limitations for areas. Overnight Delivery not guaranteed and at the discretion of FedEx

Guarantees: Shipping/delivery times are not guaranteed and are estimated based on paid carrier speed (ex. fedex 2-day and fedex overnight) and estimates made by carrier at time of package acceptance.  Sleepy Bear does not provide any guarantees or credits for any delayed shipments due to shipping carrier limitations or delays.

Returned/Exchange Shipment:  Any return shipments that must be reshipped due to incomplete addresses provided by the customer at purchase will be assessed a $4.99 reshipment charge for the additional shipping. Any item that must be exchanged due to a mistake by the customer purchasing the incorrect item will be assessed a $4.99 reshipment charge for the additional shipping.

Wholesale Only Policies:

Shipping: All Wholesale shipments operate under their own shipping policy.  Orders are shipped flat rate with 2-day shipping for $19.99, shipping is free on orders over $1000.  All orders for in stock items will process and ship within 1-2 business days if placed before 12pm PST.  Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship in 1-3 business days.

Returns/Exchanges:

Returns/exchanges can be requested within 7 business days of receiving the product.  Returns will be for product price only; shipping cost is nonrefundable.  Returns are based on inventory being sellable / non-damaged quality.  The purchaser will pay for return shipping. All sales are final after the 7-day review period.

Changes in Regulations for Resale/Compliance:

Sleepy Bear will not accept any returns or exchanges for any product due to changes in local, state or federal regulations that affect the ability to resale any product after the 7-day return window. All wholesale buyers are responsible for checking all current regulations in their respective region to ensure compliance.  No correspondence by Sleepy Bear is intended to constitute legal advice or as a reliable statement of the status of any laws. The accuracy of the information is not guaranteed due to rapidly changing legal landscapes. Please consult local laws and regulations before purchasing to ensure full and current legal compliance. Expiration Dates for Wholesale items- 

All purchased product will have a minimum of 90 days for their expiration date from date of purchase (unless otherwise noted).  All raw materials are shelf stable for up to 3 years with potency showing within industry lab testing standard of 15% variability (+/-) within 3 years of product manufacturing date.
