Subscription Policies:

Subscription Length: Subscriptions can be canceled, edited or moved at any time before next order renewal without penalty or charge. Subscription cancellations must occur prior to the renewal of monthly orders. Any cancellations post-order renewal will be applied to next month.  Subscriptions can be canceled at any time prior to renewal day without penalty or charge.  All subscription renewal orders are final and not eligible for refund.

Editing / Cancelling Subscriptions Manually: All customers can manage ongoing subscriptions anytime in their “my account” portal or by contacting customer service.

All subscription cancelations must occur prior to the renewal of the monthly order. Any cancellations post-order fulfillment will cancel future orders only.

Customer Service Subscription Management: Our customer service agents are here to help you manage your subscription easily. Customer service requests may take 24-48 business hours to process, a customer service response is not guaranteed prior to any renewal due to the volume of possible requests.

If attempting to cancel or manage a subscription within 2 business days of renewal, it is recommended that all customers manage/cancel their subscriptions themselves for the quickest confirmation in our website’s “my account” section. To guarantee subscription management or cancellation requests through customer service agents, all requests must have complete instructions submitted 3 business days prior to subscription renewal.
