Refund policy

Our products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any product, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a refund for the prorated portion of the unused product. Subscription renewal orders are final and not eligible for a refund.

Shipping and Insurance costs are not refundable. Returns have a $4.99 flat rate return shipping charge.

Submit a return request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note.

5. Click Request return.

6.Once return requests are received, return postage will be issued and returns will be issued within 5-7 business days after the returned product has been marked received.
