SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders in stock are expected to process and ship within 1 business days unless otherwise stated (presale, backorder, limited offerings, etc). 

Standard Shipping: DHL/USPS/UPS/FedEx/Regional Carriers – Estimated Delivery 3-7 Business Days
Standard option uses an algorithm to choose the most cost-efficient and quickest shipping method provided by DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx and Regional Carriers

Bear Air – 2 Day Express Shipping Terms:

Bear Air is our fastest shipping option, comparable to other 2 day e-commerce shipping options.  We use an algorithm to choose the most efficient, reliable and quickest 2 day-air shipping method for your distinct area by either DHL, USPS, or UPS. Orders over $100 will receive Bear Air for free!

Orders that are placed before noon local time at the local US fulfillment center will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders that are placed after noon local time will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.

Orders will ship from closest fullfiment center:

Ontario CA (12 PM PST), Edison NJ (12 PM EST) Dallas TX (12 PM CST)

Due to carrier limitations, the following are not eligible for the 2-Day Express shipping option:

• Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes

2 day shipping times are not guaranteed and are estimates based on paid carrier speed (2-day air packages) Sleepy Bear does not provide any guarantees or credits for delayed shipmentsdue to shipping carrier limitations or delays.

All orders are automatically insured for loss, theft or damage (including possible melting due to heat) directly by “Route.” All claims will be processed directly with Route ( shipping and possible claims information will automatically be emailed upon order) .

Choosing to opt out of Route Package Protection voids any liability protection for orders including on loss, theft or damage (including possible melting due to heat).  Customer resumes liability for any possible issue with order once delivered to shipping partner by Sleepy Bear.
