TERMS OF SALE: 

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased contain cannabinoids derived from hemp . Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.

REFUND POLICY:

All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any product, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Subscription cancelations must occur prior to shipping of monthly orders. Any cancellations post order fulfillment will be applied to next month.  Subscriptions can be canceled at any time prior to renewal day without penalty or charge.  Only parent orders for subscriptions are eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated (presale, limited offerings, etc). Orders will be shipped either USPS First Class or USPS Priority based on customer shipping speed selection.

All order’s are automatically insured for loss, theft or damage (including possible melting due to heat) directly by “Route.” All claims will be processed directly with Route ( shipping and possible claims information will automatically be emailed upon order) .

Choosing to opt out of Route Package Protection voids any liability protection for orders including on loss, theft or damage (including possible melting due to heat).  Customer resumes liability for any possible issue with order once delivered to shipping partner by Sleepy Bear.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All order’s are automatically insured for loss, theft or damage (including possible melting due to heat) directly by “Route.” All claims will be processed directly with Route ( shipping and possible claims information will automatically be emailed upon order) .
