BACKORDER POLICY:

Items purchased on backorder are charged at time at purchase to hold order spot.  Orders placed with backorder item will be shipped when restocked as per our shipping policy.  All backorder items will be filled based on date of purchase on a first come basis.  If items on backorder are placed with in stock items, in stock items will be shipped separately for immediate delivery unless otherwise requested by the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders in stock are expected to process and ship within 1 business days unless otherwise stated (presale, backorder, limited offerings, etc). 

Bear Air – 2 Day Air Express Shipping Terms: 

Bear Air is our fastest shipping option, comparable to other 2 day e-commerce shipping options. Since REAL CBD isn’t allowed on Amazon, we made our own Prime! Our new shipping network processes orders from one of four new national fulfillment centers. While our algorithms scan real time delivery feedback metrics for your area to pick the most efficient, and reliable 2 day-air shipping provider available in your district between DHL, FedEx, or UPS Air. Bear air is a flat rate $4.99 and orders over $100 will receive Bear Air for free!

Orders that are placed before noon local time at the local US fulfillment center will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders that are placed after noon local time will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.

Orders will ship from closest fullfiment center:

Ontario CA (12 PM PST), Edison NJ (12 PM EST), Atlanta (12PM EST), Dallas TX (12 PM CST)

Due to carrier limitations, the following are not eligible for the 2-Day Express shipping option:

• Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes

2 day shipping times are not guaranteed and are estimates based on paid carrier speed (2-day air packages) Sleepy Bear does not provide any guarantees or credits for delayed shipmentsdue to shipping carrier limitations or delays.

All orders are automatically insured for loss, theft or damage (including possible melting due to heat) directly by “Route.” All claims will be processed directly with Route ( shipping and possible claims information will automatically be emailed upon order) .

Choosing to opt out of Route Package Protection voids any liability protection for orders including on loss, theft or damage (including possible melting due to heat).  Customer resumes liability for any possible issue with order once delivered to shipping partner by Sleepy Bear.
